Every control in the product, on every tier. The tier decides how many people spend and how many entities you run, not which rules you are allowed to set. If something here does not do what you need, say so and we will tell you plainly whether it is coming.

Each card carries its own limit, its own category list and its own expiry. A card for one conference, for one contractor, or for one subscription that should never grow past nine dollars a month. Change a rule and it applies to the next transaction rather than to a conversation next week.
Approvals

Decide what goes through on its own and what needs a person. Under a threshold, nothing is asked of anybody; over it, the request goes to whoever you named, with what it is for attached. Approvals happen on a phone in under a minute, because the alternative is that they happen on Friday.
Receipts and coding

The card asks for the receipt at the moment it is used, and takes a photo, a forwarded email or the merchant's own copy where we can read it. The category comes from the card unless somebody changes it, so coding is a review rather than a data entry job.
Roles and audit trail

Who can issue a card, who can raise a limit, who can see what. Every one of those actions is written down with a name and a time against it, and the record is exportable and cannot be edited after the fact, which is the only version of an audit trail worth having.
